IMPORTANT NOTICES

Effective January 2018 you may see a slight increase in your billing.

We strongly encourage our customers to sign up for our Online Bill Pay. You can enroll to pay online by selecting Online Bill Pay above. Sign up by entering your account information exactly as it shows on the remittance portion of your bill.

REMINDERS

If your account is suspended for non-payment, you will be charged for service until the bin has been pulled and your account is stopped. No credit is given during suspension of service. Please contact our office to update phone, e-mail, or billing address.

Residential & Commercial Customers - Please remember to "Bag" your trash, and avoid wedging items into the can or stuffing the can so tight it won't empty. Any garbage stacked 12 inches higher than the "level lid" of your container or garbage picked up around your container will be charged an additional fee. This is considered an "extra", or "overfull", even at Christmas time. Whole Christmas trees will not be taken, they must be cut up into small pieces.

Residential Customers - Please have your container out by 6:00 am to guarantee pick up. Winter Note – Please keep all trash receptacles out of street to allow for County & City Plows to remove snow properly.
